VestFin calculates summaries and estimates from the information entered by each user. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate if that information is incomplete or inaccurate. Tax estimates are indicative and do not constitute tax, legal or investment advice.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of every technical error. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities established by law are not excluded.

For paid subscriptions, Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for the transaction. The buyer purchases the subscription through Paddle, while VestFin remains the supplier and licensor of the application.

Payment processing is governed by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. Paddle’s applicable legal entity depends on the buyer’s location, as identified in those terms.

VestFin relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, email delivery and, when enabled, payments. Links to third-party websites are provided for information; their content and privacy practices are controlled by their respective owners.

This website is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by applicable law, always respecting the mandatory jurisdiction and rights that correspond to consumers.
